The room was very spacious and had all the facilities for cooking if needed with a kitchenette which I didn’t need or was not aware of.

The toilet was away from the main bathroom and would have preferred them all to be together.

We have stayed at this propriety a few times, is locate at the centre of the town and is easy to park with lots of amenities, the mini apartment has all you need for cook a easy meal and breakfast.

On this stay we have experienced an unpleasant smell that came from the bathroom drains pipes.

Nice studio

The studio was nice, great to have a kitchenette, the bathroom was adequate but it was good to have a locker room to store our bikes securely. Communication with the owners and check in was easy. A bakery is a 2 minutes walk away.

There are quite a few studios and we were unfortunate with ours. It was above a noisy bar, we couldn’t open the windows because of the noise and also because the cigarette smoke would waft into the room and there is no aircon or even a fan to cool the room.

Nice location. Comfortable rooms. Reasonable prices. Very easy to find and to get in following the host's instructions. A lot of parking spaces nearby.

The floor in one of the rooms was sticky. And that room inside was a bit smelly, like it was a room of a heavy smoker some time ago. And we saw some ants on the floor in the corridor.

Very pleasant accommodation in great location, but difficult to access the property

Very spacious apartment which included everything we needed. Parking was easily available on street outside the hotel or around the large town square that was very close by. Location was perfect for exploring the historic city walls and other features.

The absent host did not send us the access code to the front door of the property in time to be of use: it seems that they assumed instant access to the internet and telephone, which is often not the case once you are travelling. Fortunately, the staff in the adjacent pub and other hotel residents helped us get into the property.

Superb

Strong WiFi, clean and comfortable flat and central location in this lovely village. The staff were amazing! Very responsive and when we asked if they had a corkscrew, because we couldn't open the bottle of wine we had bought, someone brought one up to us immediately! We also cooked for ourselves in the flat. The kitchen has all the essentials. They also have a bike storage facility.

Good but needs a fan

De room was clean and the beds were good. There is a garage for bicycles.

It was 40 degrees and there was no fan or airco. The blinds had to be kept closed. It was very Hot in the room and no daylight. The owner was't there when I arrived and in the phone it was hard to understand the instructions to get in.

the property is very clean. it is a real apartment including bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. the place of the apartment is in a Vauban military town which is classified as UNESCO, very historical and interesting place to visit.

Very clean, spacious, and steps from the city center. They were very kind to let us use the washing machine. Host was very responsive.

Not a negative as such — Door lock didn’t work initially for some reason; later on it worked fine. (Maybe we didn’t press it strong enough initially).

A very enjoyable stay in a beautiful town

Located just a stone's throw from the centre of Neuf-Brisach, this guesthouse was the perfect place to spend the night. Spacious, comfortable and with all the required amenities. I received an SMS a few hours before coming to the hotel with all the information that I needed to enter the building and access my room. Great organisation.
