The room was comfortable, and the services were acceptable. However, there was some mould on the wall that needs to be addressed, and there was no hair dryer provided, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was good, and I had a pleasant stay.

The duty managers were unprofessional.
We lost our room key and we agreed to pay the fine of 200/- but they still did not issue another access card for the room. Calling them again and again to open the room with a metal key was the process we had to resort to.
We had a late checkout request which we informed them a day prior as our train was at 5 PM in the evening. The duty managers agreed when I asked her about this and confirmed that there will be no additional charges.
The following day they behaved exactly opposite. And made us vacate one room and gave us know choice but to pay 3000/- for 1 room for one additional full day.
Whats the point of doing this? You agreed on day 1 and did a back flip at checkout time. If they would have said this on day 1 I would have made some other arrangements
