Apartment was clean, comfy and well equipped. Location was excellent.
Communication between Novasol and keyholder needs to be improved as she wasn't properly informed of my check in time. Also, the amount of money required to be paid upon arrival was over 100 euros, this should be made clearer on the initial page advertising the property. 60 euros for cleaning a small apartment I consider to be excessive and charging 10 euros for bedding and towels quite ridiculous this should be part of the rental price. The Wi-Fi wasn't working when I arrived and took until Tuesday to get it sorted indicating more poor communication between Novasol and keyholder. Should have been checked before the rental started.
