Příjemná lokalita s parkováním v ceně, kousek od lázeňské zóny. Studio dostatečně prostorné, slušně vybavené a čisté. Pan Jiří, který se ubytování stará je velmi vstřícný, komunikace a domluva perfektní.

The location of the apartment is really good, just go downstairs and you are at the Park Colonnade. Very comfortable accommodation, with an American coffee machine, washing machine and a huge bathroom. The host didn't speak English, but using google translate we manage to easily understand each other and he was super nice! I
The only thing that I didn't like so much was the mattress, which was a bit thin. I could sleep well anyway but was not the most comfortable.

+/- If you plan to spend any time in the apartment, keep in mind that it's located in the basement and is quite dark. This isn't a problem during sightseeing, but it could be a drawback in other situations.
Description informs about free private parking place. It is true but:
- there are two parking places and three apartments
- first car parked is blocked by the second one
Make sure you will have parking place and expect impediments to leave by car if not coordinated with your neighbour.
- Equipping kitchen with a salt or filters for coffee machine would improve comfort of stay.
