Très belle vue dès le matin en prenant le petit déjeuner, jusqu'au soir, avec le coucher du soleil. La petite piscine privée est toujours ensoleillée, c'est bien agréable. La plage est à quelques centaines de mètres, rapide à pied. La moustiquaire au dessus du lit est appréciable. Le logement est proche de l'accès à la route principale, pratique pour partir en excursion autour de l'île. Marie Pierre est discrète et très gentille.

Il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisson récents et le frigo est fatigué. Une moustiquaire à la fenêtre de la salle de bain serait un plus.

Bon emplacement près de la plage accessible à 100 ou 200m. Bonne literie Bien situé près de sainte Luce.

Éclairage un peu juste mais la propriétaire qui est adorable va y remédier.

The view from the terrace is spectacular and the closest beach is just about 5min walking. If you don’t want sandy feet you can dip in the pool, which is pretty small but still great for refreshment! The terrace is quite spacious. There’s lots of birds, Kolibri, frogs and a cat living in the surrounding area and coming up to the bungalow frequently. You have all the basics that you need for a week or month long stay.

There’s a couple of things that could be improved: The main bedroom had a strange smell, which does not go away even when opening the windows frequently. Some of sheets and towels had stains. There was a used (dirty?) tissue underneath the sheets of the sofa bed. We saw this when we had to change the sheets ourselves after the first week of our stay. The sofa bed is quite short (~ 1.70/1.80m). If you travel with smaller children it’s ok. However, be careful! Avoid touching the white cord of the patio fence as it will disintegrate and plastic particles will fall into the pool and onto the ground. The kitchen is ok but there’s few kitchen utensils and only one medium pot for cooking. The WIFI is not good! We were constantly kicked out of the network again and again as it would randomly disappear for a few minutes to hours and then reappear. There’s little storage for clothes or other things you may want to take out of your luggage. Of course, make sure to take repellent as there’s lots of mosquitos. (There were no mosquito nets nets when arrived. Upon request we got some the following day. We were told the previous guests must have taken them??)
