Location fabulous.
No Air Conditioner, Only Small Oil Filled Heater which was helpful. Hot Water ran out after 2 showers.

Was hot in the afternoons but with all the windows opened it cooled down quickly

The location was perfect. Three bedrooms for a family of 6 was great. Extra toilet was very handy.
Two car spaces were available but parking in them was extremely difficult to get into due to the tight turns and brick walls.

Great location, directly across the road from the beach and a cafe
Property was poorly maintained. Fixtures in bathroom falling off the walls, not all lights in property worked and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. If you opened the window to vent, the apartments on the next block had direct line of site.
