The location and the building are perfect. Walking distance to all sights while in a calm and cool quarter. The flat has a good style, bed, furniture and facilities are top.
The kitchen was missing consumables like washing up powder, detergent, sponge, lapp and small items like vegetable knifes. The big knife was broken. Windowblinds were partially broken. Some written explanations and instructions for use would be helpful. The guy at the reception did not speak English and even after watching the reservation made the impression as if there are no rented flats at all. Only two calls with landlord and management resolved that he had the keys just in front of him.

Location was excellent,
TV was IMPOSSIBLE to operate, sound insulation was quite poor; could hear adjoining tenants snoring, turning on taps walking around etc.

Location is nice but it's too loud outside during nights
It was not that clean, pillows and bed are not comfortable to sleep, the mug in the shelf was dirty. The walls are thin so you can hear every sound
