We really enjoyed our 3-night stay at Hotel Castell dels Hams. The hotel offered good facilities, the rooms were clean, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout our visit. It was a pleasant and comfortable experience overall. The facilities were good, and the all-inclusive experience worked well for a short holiday. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily return.

My wife and I currently staying at your hotel from May 17th to May 24th. We would like to share some concerns regarding our experience so far.
Firstly, we were not aware that the hotel primarily caters to Spanish,and French only, and English speakers are not welcome .Unfortunately, this made our stay less enjoyable, as most entertainment and activities were conducted in French, and we felt somewhat excluded due to the language barrier.
Additionally, we noticed that the most of staffs are not friendly, especially the bartender, who doesn't know how to acknowledge customers. He seemed just to stare toy Asian wife without saying hello, which made her feel uncomfortable.
We believe that the quality of service and the overall experience so far did not reflect the value for our hard earned money.
