La atención del personal, siempre dispuesto a atender a sus huespedes y hacerlo de forma amable y rápida. Siendo sincero me encanto mucho desde las instalaciones hasta la atencion de todo el personal, la piscina muy relajante y las hamacas como el restaurante muy limpios y comodos, realmente una experiencia muy grata.
La habitacion 111 tiene un ligero detalle, la luz del pasillo entra directamente a la habitacion por la ventana que se encuentra encima de la puerta, y lamentablemente no tiene cortina, entonces seria muy bueno que o pongan una cortina en esa venta o en su defecto que a una hora puntual de la noche pues apaguen las luces del pasillo para asi no incomodar a los huespedes de esa habitación.

Que en la primera habitación no funcionaba el aire y nos tuvimos que trasladar a otra con la molestia de volver a recoger las cosas y al volver de cenar en chico tardo 12 minutos en abrir la puerta
