Pro: the pool. When the water in the beach is dirty, this proved to be the best! Good location, next to restaurants and 30 minutes by taxi from Constanta train station. Pool was perfect for kids!
You can also eat here, decent sea side prices.
Rooms really small, bathroom really small, and cleaning ladies making a lot of noice in the mornings on the corridor.
