Great location. Staff helpful and very good security and control of who entered the location.
Unfortunately there was continued construction and noise during the day. I know progress in improving the apartments was being made. Just disruptive at times during the day.

Location at the beach. Great view as the beach and the city from the balcony.
Quite dirty, not really maintained, kitchen really not maintained, keeping an old oven in the middle of the living room, bad and uncomfortable sofa beds in the leaving room.
