    The room was very clean and smelt good. The amenities were great except inclusive breakfast could’ve made it better.

    Room is quite big with perfect cleanliness. Looks luxury. Location is perfect, very near to train station. Mostly flat by walking. Recommended hotel.

    The staff at the reception is not friendly at all just because we don't speak Japanese. It is a shame when you are in service line and you don't put on a smile at all. I noticed they only smile to japanese speaking customers. Not just one of the staff is all the front desk staff. Total there are 3 of them. So disappointing. They don't even explain what are the amenities in the hotel.
