The apartment is spacious, comfortable and very good value, with two bedrooms, a separate dining area, good storage and convenient ground-floor access. Wi-Fi was excellent, the smart TV worked very well, hot-water pressure was excellent, and the bedroom air conditioning was particularly effective. The apartment was generally quiet, Abdellah was helpful and responsive, and the beach and Marjane supermarket were within convenient reach.

The kitchen is attractive but compact and rather lightly equipped for a family cooking regularly: worktop space is limited, there were three blunt knives, no kitchen scissors and limited larger bowls and utensils. There are no indoor towel rails or hooks, the enclosed shower has limited headroom for taller guests, and the living-room AC was noisier and less effective than the bedroom unit. Some soft furnishings appeared tired, one dining chair was rickety, and there was an unpleasant odour in the separate toilet area. AC condensate also left some water on the tiled utility-area floor, and the area between the gate and apartment entrance was unlit at night. The surrounding street is still developing, with some unfinished construction and occasional construction noise, although the apartment itself was generally quiet. Two of us developed nasal/respiratory symptoms after separately sleeping in the living room during the stay. We cannot establish whether this was related to the apartment, the air conditioning or simply a respiratory infection picked up elsewhere, so we would not attribute the illness to the property; however, it added to our concerns about the condition of the soft furnishings.

The place was spacious and well designed.Supermarkets were close by and host was welcoming.

The place could had a bit more cutlery like knives and forks

We had a fantastic stay during the AfCON in Morocco, and Abdulla was an exceptional host. He was incredibly helpful, proactive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. From the moment we arrived, he ensured everything ran smoothly and made us feel very welcome. Abdulla speaks English fluently, which made communication easy and stress-free, especially while travelling for such a busy event. He regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and went above and beyond to support us throughout our stay. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly enhanced our experience. I would highly recommend staying with Abdulla a wonderful host who genuinely cares about his guests.

It was nice and clean, and great value for money

The staff member tried to rush the check in it said check in was until 17.30 which in itself is nonsense. She tried to charge us 40 dirims for the city tax after paying a decent amount for the night. It stated on booking.com the tax was €1 per person So about 22 dirims. She knew well what she was doing then the price dropped when I showed her the booking.com tax. It was 13.99 per person we gave her 22 dirims which she took.
