Everything! It's a beautiful property with all the key amenities and very safe. Everything you need is within walking distance. It's also very quiet and serene besides the roosters serenading you at peek hours (which became very entertaining as they seemed to be in competition with each other), but once inside you aren't disturbed by them as the place is pretty soundproof.

Perfect location. Secure property with plenty of parking. Decent little gym on site. Large swimming pool. Lounge was a great size. Good TVs..
Well stocked kitchen.
A/c was good, and essential, but a bit noisy which hindered sleep.
Mosquitos in the reception area and elevator.
