Ciepło, czystość na akceptowalnym poziomie, aneks kuchenny, telewizor w pokoju, parking.

Spędziliśmy tu 2 noce. Pokoj z tv i własna łazienka w porzadku. Dostęp do aneksu kuchennego (lodówki, mikrofala, czajnik naczynia itd). Czysto. Byliśmy w upalne dni, a w pokoju fajny chłód wieczorem. Lokalizacja w skromnej dzielnicy (jakich wiele widzieliśmy w Wałbrzychu). Parking zapewniony. Nocleg polecamy jako bazę wypadową do zwiedzania okolicy.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i cisza . Dobre miejsce parkingowe. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.
Przywitaly nas Łazienkowe pająki. Zapach kanalizy i wilgoci z łazienki byl trudny do zniesienia. Wszechobecny brud począwszy od klamek gniazdek pilotów a kończywszy na parapecie. Typowy hotel robotniczy.
