Schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung mit schlechtem Service von der Verwaltung

Es ist eine recht neue und modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Sie hat eine moderne Heizungsanlage, die nicht über Strom läuft, wie es sonst in vielen dänischen FeWo üblich ist.

Dancenter ist ein großer Anbieter von FeWo in DK und verwaltet auch diese FeWo. Leider hat uns der Kontakt mit Dancenter überhaupt nicht gefallen. Wir haben das Wäschepaket gebucht und ich habe eine Woche vorher bei Dancenter nachgefragt, ob es in der FeWo ist, oder ob wir es im 15km entfernten Servicecenter abholen müssen. Mir wurde mitgeteilt, dass ich es abholen muss. Vor Ort hat man mir dann gesagt, dass ich mir den 30km Umweg hätte sparen können, da das Wäschepaket in der FeWo ist. Bei der Ankunft gab es leider keine Info, wo die Zähler für Heizung, Strom und Wasser abgelesen werden müssen. Nur mit Hilfe unseres dänischen Nachbarn haben wir nach langem Suchen alle Zähler gefunden. Eine kurze Anleitung hätte da sehr geholfen. Da der TV nicht funktionierte und die moderne Heizungsanlage im Schlafzimmer auf 22 Grad eingestellt war (ist uns zu warm) habe ich bei Dancenter angerufen. Sie wollten einen Techniker schicken. Leider musste ich 4 Tage lang immer wieder dort anrufen und trotzdem ist niemand gekommen. Erst als ich per Mail mit Mietminderung gedroht habe, ist ein Techniker gekommen. Er hat den TV zum Laufen bekommen, aber bei der Heizung konnte er auch nicht helfen.
