The location is fantastic.
We received a message that we could check in early, which was great, but when we got to the facility, we were told that we couldn’t check in immediately. That really wasn’t that big of a deal, however, we had some situations that were worth noting.
The pullout mattress was absolutely filthy. There were stains all over it, and it was quite gross with food and other items. I made the host aware of these, but nothing was done.
The body wash, conditioner, and shampoo dispensers are right at hip level and not on the back of the shower. Needless to say when you would turn around, you are touching the dispensers. The dispensers were empty when we got there and I looked at the lids and they were brown and dirty. I sent a message to the host and they brought us up three bottles of partially used shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.…
This was a trip father-son trip, and if my wife would and daughter would have been there, we would not have been staying at this unit.
