Amazing hotel, staff takes care of you in the best manner. The rooms are huge and beautiful. There is great gym, very nice lounge club with drinks and food. I have stayed in so many hotels, but this hotel was definitely one of the best.
Atami isn’t the most beautiful city, however if you want to stay in hotel and relax this hotel is amazing for this.

I love the staff at the Spa! There was a young lady there who was so attentive.
Not enough restaurant and dinner options on site. Very limited.

Lovely rooms and great gym. Breakfast and cocktail hour were excellent.
The bar which was not open - amazing views but you could not take advantage of it. Restaurant completely lacked atmosphere and was very formal. Second floor balcony was not very good.
