If you're desperate for internet, this might be the only place in the area that has usable wifi. We drove around to check many hotels in person, and scrolled through many listings and reviews online. This appears to be the only place near Gulmit/Passu Cones that actually has functioning internet. It was not fast, but it was usable enough to at least check emails and research things online. The owners were really sweet and very helpful. Very nice honest people. The only downside is there was no AC in our room, but the building stayed fairly cool so the lack of AC wasn't really a problem in the evenings/mornings. Not sure how hot or not it gets inside of the rooms in the summer during the day, since we were out driving around and hiking during the daytime. I'd 100% recommend this place. I will be staying here again, when/if I go back this way.

staff was great plus the food was so tasty. The best thing was the owners are really really sweet, it feels like home here.
