About this house rental
Modern well-equipped house at 54 Banyandah St South Durras. Three bedrooms sleep seven: 2 queen beds, 3 singles, two bathrooms and washer and drier. Modern kitchen with all amenities including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine, lots of crockery and quality cooking gear and pantry items e.g. coffee capsules, tea and sugar. Smart TV in living room and TV with DVD/CD player in master bedroom. Internet. Living and dining room opens onto large north-facing deck with bbq, tables seating 8+ and easy chairs overlooking back lawn and nature reserve visited by kangaroos and parrots. Two large umbrellas. Master bedroom opens onto upper balcony with view among the trees. Slow-combustion wood heater and electric heaters for winter, fans for summer. Electric blankets, dounas and blankets supplied, please bring sheets and towels. Table tennis and bicyles for guests. No pets because no fences. Easy 300 m walk to Cookie's beach, one of the south coast's best beaches, which is always safe for families and has a boat ramp. Weekly tariff $2300-2700 for up to seven guests during summer school holidays and Easter.

Fabulous location, really comfortable home (main bedroom in particular is lovely -- elevated, spacious, and looking out over the trees). The back garden is alive with birds, and kangaroos and the occasional rock wallaby make dawn and dusk visits, and the owner/host was REALLY helpful and generous and made everything easy.
