This was a room in a private house. We had a shared bathroom. The host lives in the same house. The room was quiet, everything was clean. Very close to the beach 5 minutes walk. Close to many restaurants 7 minutes walk. Friendly host. Speaks English and Russian. There was a shared bathroom with basic things (pot, pan, plates, cutleries). The room had air conditioning.
Parking is in the street on a steep and narrow road so you need to be confident with your driving. (There are also 1-2 parking spaces in a yard if your car is not too big.) Overall everything was great. Good value for money.

-distance from the beach is like 300-400 m, 5 min walk
-The TV position, I hit my head 3 times in it, can be moved on the left side, or other side.
- The fact that we had to take out shoes off in the hallway.
- There are just 3 sockets, one near the big bed, one up for the TV and one for the firdge, so if you need more than 1 socket you need to improvise, bring your home socket switch or the host to modify the sockets to have more options.

Nice and clean room. Hospitable host.
When I first arrived there was no water coming out of the tap nor the shower / toilet. Location was okay for me, but be aware that it’s just a few minutes walking distance out of the centre and the path is uphill.
