Good comfortable hotel in a Very good location

Walking distance to downtown. Surrounded by restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. The staff is helpful and polite.

Internet is very slow. There could be a few more utensils in the kitchenette. Parking is by a third party and around the corner, people managing it are rude.

Great place amd vicinity for its value

The proximity to central downtown. The Concierge were always nice and helpful. The room was a nice size with adequate amenities.

Bed wasn't to my liking, based on personal preference, for my back issues. There was some minimal leaking from ceiling when rainfall is heavy.

Location was very good, there were many cafes and restaurants around to choose from. Great if you are driving because parking is included!

The suite we stayed at had a kitchenette, but it did not have kitchenware, only a few dishes and silverware. I even had to ask for a coffee maker.

Stuff was all very friendly and helpful

Hair dryer in my room was half broken and security box was also broken and couldn’t use. There is a resident next to the hotel and they were playing music loudly every night until 11pm or midnight ( on weekends) so it was very noisy every night.

Very clean. Decent location. Comfortable Bed. Air conditioning. Security was adequate. Safe in closet.

Needs updating. Patio was stark and unappealing. Kitchen had very minimal utensils and no supplies. Kitchen was dark and difficult to see when preparing food. Only towels supplied in bathroom, no washcloths.

very good location in historical district, cafés and restaurants close, run by a family. They were always helpful and available. I had a large balcony from where I watched sunsets.

location is best In Querétaro. staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the father and son Fernando’s and wife. views from the roof are stunning. rooms are super modern and comfortable. cannot say enough good things about suites sofia. we will definitely be back whenever in town again.

King size bed, separation/privacy between twin bed and the kind bed. Hotel staff were great. Location is good for exploring the center. Close to a great local coffee shop that opens early.

The room only had windows to the hotel center so the room got a bit stuffy. I turned on the ceiling fans and AC for bit and that resolved the issue.

Good Location

The location is good, very close to one of the main plazas and a good coffee shop. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated, remodeled and clean. If you are not on the first floor be prepared to climb.

The room right across from reception is hard to get around. The space is cramped with too many beds in the space. The exterior wall is adjacent to an iris pub/nightclub. It's loud until about 2 am. We stayed one night and then left to find a more quiet room with success on the same road.

It is very well located in the Historic center, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. All the historical attractions and local boutiques are within walking distance. The amenities were very clean and comfortable.

There is no elevator or ramps for people with mobility needs, however this is a problem all over the country and not unique to this hotel.

The suite was meant to be for a family and yet had no doors between the two rooms. Also, a bit noisy at night as there are bars next door. Lacking natural light too.

Old fashioned hotel

Only the location

The property is extremely old and worn out! The suites with kitchenette are all super old. They couldn’t even find the remote control for the ceiling fan. It took at least 15 min to get warm water in the shower and only little water came out. The rug in the bathroom looked like it “ was alive” just disgusting! The bed super small for two . Very noisy room with street front. We couldn’t leave the door closed to the terrace because the air con made weird noises and the room was warm. The brown tones including the furniture belong to the last century. Can’t really recommend it!

Tranquil Centro Historico hotel with a wonderful staff in the middle of everything

The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating, showing us a couple rooms to choose. He also got in my car and took me to the free parking lot a block away. The terrace overlooking Calle Cinco de Mayo, especially for our dog. We thought it would be loud on the weekend, but noise quieted down significantly before midnight. Being able to walk out the door into the heart of Queretaro was awesome; we had tiendas, restaurants, and bakeries at our doorstep!

The room was a little small. We chose it for the terrace as opposed to a little larger room, which felt very closed in. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and we brought our own pillows because theirs weren't very good.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Justo en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. La vista desde la terraza es bonita. El personal es muy atento y servicial, siempre dispuesto ayudar. Un alojamiento muy seguro.

Es un espacio muy cómodo para viajes de trabajo, la cocina es muy útil si tienes tiempo para cocinar, esta muy bien equipada, hacen limpieza de la habitación de forma diaria y el personal es muy atento, cuentan con vigilancia 24/7

Si bien cuentan con espacio para estacionarse en un estacionamiento a la vuelta, no es propio y además de que si tienes un vehículo grande tipo camioneta no entrara y deberás dejar el auto en la calle pero la zona es bastante segura,

Excepcional

Amé totalmente las atenciones maravillosas de Macarena, quien siempre estuvo al pendiente de lo que necesitábamos y además de todo, fue súper linda con nosotros, un honor haberla conocido. Sin duda, se nota cuando las personas aman su trabajo. Además, en general fueron muy amables y nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas después de la hora del check out. Recomendadísimo.
