Отличное местечко, чтобы просто ничего не делать, в тишине отдохнуть. Сами апартаменты отлично оснащены. Хорошие кондиционеры, удобные кровати, три совмещённых туалета и душа. Балкон, на котором можно подвесить гамак. Чисто, приятно, тихо. Персонал приветливый. Есть отдельные сотрудники, которые занимаются бассейном, есть ресепшионисты, есть охрана. В здании есть несколько бассейнов в хорошем состоянии. На верхнем этаже есть джакузи. До пляжа минут 10 ходьбы. До старого города Санта-Марта на такси 30 минут.
Кроме как на пляж пешком лучше никуда не выходить: всё через приложение такси. Несколько человек мне говорили, что за пределами Ocean Club (так называется кондоминиум) - опасно, в том числе и в светлое время суток, особенно на Шоссе 90 (Ruta Nacional 90).

La ubicación es super buena, el apartamento es demasiado lindo, equipado con todo lo que necesitas, la dueña y la administradora suoer atentas y amables, queda cerca a la playa, hay comercio cerca, hay restaurantes buenos, las comodidades del conjunto excelente. Volvería sin duda
El personal de recepción un poco tosco pero eso no depende de la dueña del apartamento. De resto todo super bien.
