Would have been happier slightly closer to the main centre as the walk was quite long with a toddler. However, it would probably not have been a problem for adults only holidays. Plenty of buses and cabs avaialble.

das Einkaufsmöglichkeiten eher mit dem Auto erreichbar waren, aber kein roblem.

The reception was excellent, the apartment was spacious enough, clean, and well-equipped. The location was superb, but you should keep in mind that it's close to the airport and air traffic is frequent. Parking is available on the street or in the underground garage — the apartment has one designated spot, which is safe and convenient. The furniture is a bit worn, but that's understandable. There are two pools in the courtyard, which were still closed at the time (they open according to the season), and a padel court that you can use if you wish — just make sure to bring your own rackets. There’s a large terrace that gets sun starting around noon, with sun loungers available. The beach and restaurants are nearby.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the double bed was very narrow. If you're staying for a longer period, this might become quite uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was in good order.
