Die Zimmer sind sehr hübsch und das Bett ist bequem. Mein persönliches Highlight war die Regendusche.
Bei unserer Rezeptionistin hatten wir ständig das Gefühl, dass sie keine Lust hat, zu arbeiten. Auf meine Booking-Nachrichten wurde auch nie geantwortet. Die Haustüre klemmt, wenn man abends selbstständig hineinmöchte, und geht etwas kontraintuitiv auf. Das hätte man im Vornherein kommunizieren müssen. Leider hatte ich auch einen Abend lang kein heisses Wasser. Scheinbar war das im gesamten Hotel der Fall, auch das hätte man kommunizieren und zumindest eine Entschädigung anbieten können. Die Abende waren nämlich noch sehr kalt…

Pobyt byl naprosto skvělý. Lokalita je výborná – vše je krásně dostupné a okolí má úžasnou atmosféru. Personál byl velmi milý, vstřícný a ochotný. Koupel v pivním wellness Spa Beerland byla jedinečná! Pokoj byl čistý, krásně zařízený a velmi pohodlný. Oceňuji také klidné prostředí! Celkově šlo o velmi příjemný pobyt a hotel mohu jednoznačně doporučit každému, kdo hledá pohodlí, klid a skvělou polohu blízko Pražského hradu.

The staff were friendly and personable. The room was nicely furnished.
If you are driving the parking situation is absymal. The parking they suggest is a private garage 1.5 km away and for an extra fee. The parking garage wants you to pay in local currency, small bills only. The beer quality is okay (had better beer in most places we visited). Loud piano music plays until at least 10 p.m. (had to ask to have it turned off at 10:30 p.m the second night). Don't plan on going to bed early. Sound carries in this hotel. Everything done and said on the ground level is heard in your guest room.
