PUENTE ROMANO LUXURY PENTHOUSE, Beachside & Sea Views

This house is so charming and welcoming! We loved our stay. It was comfortable, clean, thoughtfully decorated and with all amenities required. We loved the views from the multiple terraces around the home, and the location cannot be beat as you have the Puente Romano resort restaurants and beach at your doorsteps. We highly recommend this house!

The property and overall stay was generally excellent. The good points: Excellent and clear communication with the host regarding key pick up and general very informative. The accommodation was huge and spacious with ensuites to 3 large bedrooms, easily cope with 6 people with large sea view facing balconies!. It was a bit dated overall, but clean and value for money. The location was amazing, literally 1 minute to the beach and promenade, sea view from the balcony. A 30 minute walk on the promenade to Puerto Banus and short taxi to Marbella. Its located in a very private gated area with a pool, it felt very safe and secure for those with young children (however it is on the 3rd floor). The Puente Romano area it sits within is very up market, tree lined streets, very clean and feels like a 5 star resort. There is a beach restaurant/bar 5 minutes away which is superb for excellent food, not the cheapest but excellent for lunch and chill out on the beach. There are also a few other restaurants nearby which are excellent. Taxis to Puerto Banus ranged from 5-10 Euros so we had most dinner meals in Banus and returned in the early hours.

The only adverse comment is that it was a bit dated a few broken items, however if it was immaculate it would definitely command multiple times what we paid. So overall it was value for money.
