Great people, location was good, would recommend especially for students visiting
Location can get hot a little and it may attract ants. Fan and air conditioning needs more cleaning too

Furniture and facilities in good condition. Tv and water heater well functioning. All bedsheet and floor are clean.
Should you have further checking on your electric connection. Probably that is the reason of the blackout. No staff for emergency. Probably need bigger signage.
