sehr schönes Haus mit viel Platz und tollem Garten, Verbesserungen siehe oben

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (ein Handrührgerät wäre schön gewesen). Der Garten ist sehr groß und wunderschön, die Terrasse groß und zum Entspannen geeignet. Für Kinder gibt es ausreichend Spiele und Gartenspielzeug.

Leider waren keinerlei Pflegeprodukte vorhanden, dies stand jedoch so in der Beschreibung. Handseife, Duschgel, Toilettenpapier etc. musste vorort gekauft werden. Die Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch fehlt komplett, zum abends Spielen ist dies etwas schwierig. Leider konnten wir abends die Terrasse und den Garten nicht nutzen, da überall Stechmücken waren, die ganze Familie war zerstochen. Leider waren keine Mückengitter am Fenster, so dass die Stechmücken auch überall im Haus waren. Unbedingt Mückenspray mitnehmen! In der erhaltenen Kaiserwinkel-Card war leider die Schwimmcard nicht includiert, was wir sehr schade fanden. Es gibt hier nur eine kleine Ermäßigung am See-Eintritt (0,50 EUR) pro Person. Dies wäre ein großer Vorteil, da man hier schön baden kann.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Gruppen

Tolle Lage ruhig gelegen , genau wie auf den Bildern . Sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Rad fahren auch für Anfänger tolle Radwege in Richtung Kössen und Kufstein weit ab von den Hauptstraßen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
