Bay Princess 103

Location, pool, 3 bedroom

Enjoyed the space in the property for my family of 6. It was very clean upon arrival and we liked having the pool available as well

Some of light switches etc were dirty, maybe just a recommendation to clean those as well.

Air conditioning worked well. Liked that there were two parking spots for us.

no instructions on where our room was located. Front screen door was broken, top section missing and bottom section was taped in place. Dryer wasn't working when we got there on Saturday, and it took till Tuesday late to get it fixed. Once fixed, It didn't work well like one of the heating elements wasn't working. Living room furniture looked really old, like it was a hand me down, it was so bad that they had a piece of play wood under the cushions. the chair was in similar condition but no plywood. Left side sliding door to the balcony latch was broken and you couldn't get out of that door. The refrigerator had been replaced with a smaller unit; it worked but less room. the stove had the old fashion ring type burners. the sink drains in both bathrooms must have been leaking or rotted and they were repaired by an amateur instead of replaced. There we to tv's, one in the living room and one in the smallest bedroom but none in the master bedroom. four of the six kitchen cupboards were clogged with all type of mugs and goblets and glasses and mismatched plastic wear. to the point that there was no room to put the non-refrigerated staples we brought. Overall, it looked like the owners supplied the place with hand me downs when they bought new furniture for themselves, they put their old furniture, appliances and tables and bedding to unit 103. The Bay princess overall was a nice place but room 103 was far overpriced for what we found there. Our family often stay in Ocean city, and we have never seen a placed so poorly taken care of.
