Parc Le Breos is a hidden gem of a B&B, nestled within manicured lawns in the heart of the Gower Peninsula. Tucked away from the crowds, it’s perfect for a peaceful weekend escape. The house itself is old, but the living room—with its cosy wood burner—and the light-filled orangery are full of character. While the interiors are a little dated, the rooms, bedding, and linen are spotlessly clean. The food is exceptional—especially the indulgent breakfast—and the dramatic Three Cliffs Bay is just a scenic 20-minute walk away. The staff are warm and welcoming, adding to the charm of the stay. Be prepared to be far from the madding crowds, and don’t forget to book your dinner table in advance—the evening meals are as memorable as the setting.
It’s quite secluded and best reached during daylight hours. I also wish the need to pre-book a dinner table at the restaurant had been made clearer in advance. To be fair, the staff did call ahead and suggest booking—but I mistook it for sales speak. In hindsight, that was a mistake; it’s not as if there are any other dining options nearby.

Breakfast was acceptable
Evening meal - a lot of items on menu unavailable. Creme brulee was not brulee.

Absolutely perfect stay. Wish it had been for longer.
A wonderful location which is meticulously maintained, centrepieced by a stunning building with decor which makes the most of it's history and character.
Topped off by a team who cannot do enough to help and support their guests.
Oh, and a wonderful, delicious breakfast too!

We had the most wonderful two days at Parc Le Breos. The location was amazing and the property was charming and gorgeous. The staff was lovely. The place has a very special atmosphere. Breakfast was great. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. We had a beautiful marble bathroom. Great shower with good pressure. Many beautiful walks from the front door. Outside seating to enjoy the expansive lawns. Cozy living area with sofas around a crackling fireplace. I would highly recommend this outstanding boutique guesthouse.

Acces through a one track lane was OK providing that you don't meet anything from the other direction. I appreciate that there is nothing that can be done

Tranquil setting in the Gower. Beautiful property, albeit a little tired in places. However the stars of the show are the pleasant and smiley servers. Reception, dinner, breakfast - they smiled their way through the workload.
Beautiful and peaceful setting where you can relaxed and chill
A little TLC is required starting with all the pot holes on the drive, there are 'wires' in the stones at the drop off area and whilst the young team were good, they were disorganised and pre dinner took far too long. Sunday night, maybe 20 covers however seemed little control or organisation..

This is a superb location in a house with much character. It deserves to be good to fit with its ambiance and it delivers. Thank you all for a lovely stay
The road up to the house. Small price to pay I suppose but a bit of hole filling would help

The place is lovely and the restaurant was great.
We were staying in the room on the ground, room number 12. It was quite noisy because the kitchen stands next to it and we couldn't open the window to get fresh air because it smelled frying oil.

The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of hot food freshly cooked to order, I couldn't fault it.
As the weather was warm, we and the guests in an adjoining bedroom had our windows open at night, and we could hear them using the bathroom.

The location was excellent and you could do short walks in the grounds. The breakfast was particularly good especially the fresh fruit.
It would have been good to have fresh orange juice.

Perfect ambiance at grandiose manor in beautiful setting of an ex Norman deer park. Superb approach through thick wild garlic lanes to peaceful lawns and gardens. A setting to die for, and which could quite easily be mistaken for Louis IV France.
Very little. Bathroom tiny with creaky door. Please oil.

The property was well maintained, a little quirky (in a good way) and in beautiful grounds.

The traditional style of the hotel & the decor Also the beautiful outside setting/ surroundings.
Just Like being in someone’s lovely home & not so much a hotel.
The rooms need a few more usable features, such as a chair at the dressing table & nearer sockets for hair straighteners etc
More shelves in the bathroom & shower for toiletries & better lighting for ladies to makeup etc.

So our rental car broke down on the way and the folks here took care of us like we were their children. Truthfully, the place is gorgeous but it is the human beings that work there that make this place exceptional. We are already trying to fund a way to return.
Absolutely not a thing
