The price includes final posting, linens, housekeeping output, wifi, deposit. A team of professionals maintains the pool twice a week and once a week the garden, during your stay. The deposit will be refunded by the site directly after your departure within 5 to 6 days.

We spent two weeks at the house and had the most amazing time. The house was perfect for our visit with enough rooms for each of the kids and adults. The outdoor space was great to play in, read in, etc. (for when you aren't at the amazing beaches :)).
We ate out at restaurants for most meals but used the kitchen for breakfasts and it worked perfectly (with a number of grocery stores within a 5 minute drive).
The walk to the beach was short and easy even for my little kids. The main beach by the house was our favorite but we did visit others around the area (within 30-35 minutes drives) and also enjoyed those.
Mel who helped manage the property was responsive and incredibly helpful when we had a variety of questions.
We've already discussed returning next year!

We previously visited L'Escala five times twenty years ago. Our adult children had vague memories of those vacations so we decided to revisit.
The villa and location were perfect, the best equipped villa we have stayed in and a five minute walk to the 4 outstanding restaurants in the beautiful Sant Marti.
THe local beaches are beautiful and unspoilt. The train that runs into L'escala is great and the old town of L'Escala is wonderful with an amazing selection of restaurants. We all agreed, Ours was a vacation of a lifetime. Thank you Anne

Wir haben die Zeit in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. Super ausgestattet, perfekt gelegen und alles sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen wieder😊

Wir waren als 2 Familien mit Teenagern hier zu Gast und haben unseren Urlaub wirklich sehr genossen! Die Villa ist wunderschön und stylish, bietet jede Menge Aufenthalts-, und Rückzugsräume durch die verschiedenen Terrassen und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der große Garten bietet jede Menge Raum, einfach um sich freier und privater zu fühlen. Toller Pool, so dass Erfrischung jederzeit möglich ist.
Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen, wenn man mal keine Lust hat auszugehen. Auch viele Kleinigkeiten, wie Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Müllbeutel, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und vieles mehr waren bereits vor Ort, so dass man sich mit dem Einkaufen des Wesentlichen nicht so beeilen muss und sich das Eine oder Andere sparen kann. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich, und war immer daran interessiert, dass alles passt. Kommunikation mega angenehm. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz (2-3 Minuten), wenn man den nächsten aufsucht. Wir sind immer zum Kitestrand gegangen. Das waren mit dem Fahrrad 10, zu Fuß gute 20 Minuten. Wir würden jederzeit super gerne wiederkommen - vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!
