Lepa in predvsem mirna lokacija. Primerna za družine.
Ves čas je prihajalo do zamašitve odtoka v kuhinji in kopalnici. Notranja miza je bila polomljena. Okno je bilo slabo očiščeno, saj so bili v okvirju prisotni mrtvi žužki in umazanija. Opaziti je bilo tudi več pajčevin, pajkov ter las.
