Great value for money in the middle of lake Garda

The room was decent but the balcony really exceeded the expectations - great view of the lake. The breakfast was good and the dinner at the restaurant was tasty. The property is just a short walk from the lake, and Toscolano Maderno is very well located, easy to reach all parts of the lake, and close to Il Vittoriale degli Italiani. There is a large pool which I did not use.

Room furniture was a bit outdated, but in fairness that is common across Italy. Apart from that, there is nothing I did not like - the hotel exceeded my expectations and was a great value for money in lake Garda.

Location is ok, walking distance to the beach,around 10mins.

The room isolation is poor, can hear everything. Breakfast is quite poor, 1 choice of meat and 1 choice of egg which is boiled. But sweet savouries were ok. Also parking is a big issue and if no place at the hotel,parking offsite is not free.

Great place to stay!

Loved the hotel. Great garden and pool. Our room was at ground level with entrance to the garden which was great for children.

The room wasn't new, but it was very clean and we liked it anyway.

Good stay, but nothing spectacular

+ Swimming pool. + Breakfast quite basic but included in the price. + Good location, close to the lake.

- Room size is not really for 4 guests (maybe bunk bed could be a solution here). - Room could be slightly upgraded as bathroom potentially remembers Silvio Berlusconi as a Prime Minister. - Gardener took 4h to cut a grass in relatively small garden, more annoying was leaf blower which is making more noise than real work. It is worth to mention that works started at 8bin the morning! - Hotel based near main road so if you like piece and quiet then this hotel is not for you. - As well as above hotel is located across the church which bells starts making noise at 7:30 in the morning!

The property has a little pool on site and serves nice breakfast, it is close to the lake. Rooms have balconies, it is nice.

Our room for 3 was really tiny. The location is convenient, but it is quite noisy in the mornings.
