Great if you just need a cold room and a bed. Rooms are very tiny. My wife, 16-year-old son and myself stayed for five days. The room was always clean, and the location is probably the best in the city considering you are about 80 yards from the entrance to Robinsons mall. If you rent a motorcycle or a car, you can easily park. There is a KT laundry right past the mall and to the left. There are probably 50 restaurants inside the mall, and of course you have Grab that will deliver pretty much anything in the city within a 30 to 40 minute delivery time. The small size of the room, and lack of a mini fridge, safe, or even a wardrobe to put clothes is the only reason I would probably never stay here again, unless I was by myself. This is a budget hotel, and is not set up for any kind of families that are moving to the Philippines. You will be tripping all over yourself trying to get around people.

It was fine, it’s very convenient because it’s just beside Robinson Mall. You can buy souvenirs there too.

Room toilet had leaking. Reported to a housekeeping staff and I was told it wasn’t a leak just maybe the floor wasn't dried up properly. Left room and when I came back the toilet was flooding again. Had many attempts to connect to wifi but never got connected.
