The hotel's location is on the other side of the river across the commercial and busier part of the City. If one does not mind the scenic walk, one can walk to the market, dragon bridge etc. The rooms are very clean, the river view of the rooms are great especially at night. Worth the price paid. There is no breakfast included but there is a convenience store and spas beside it One can always walk or take a grab and find somewhere to eat. The front desk personnel and doorman are friendly and accommodating. Overall, it is a good hotel, worth the price paid which is not very expensive if discount and promos are available.

AC is barely working. We had to request for an electric fan from the lobby. Also, the room isn't as well lit as it looks on photos.

Lovely room, big bed, close to Dragon Bridge. They do fill up quickly Friday - Sunday due to the Dragon Bridge show

What can I say hotel water didn't last to long .front desk staff. When we checked in there was a young man very polite you can tell he was still learning the job. which is okay, but then a lady came she treated him like he was stupid i didn't appreciate seeing that very mean to him. And a little bit rude to us and there was an older gentleman. He was always very nice. Kept the place clean outside up .Front always welcoming, but that one woman keep her off the front desk. I didn't use any facilities. Room walls have nasty water stains that could easily be repaired I'm clueless as to why they don't make minor repairs. For that reason I only stayed 2 days when originally I was going to stay for 2 weeks. I moved to the wink by hyatt Hotel. Next door. And now it won't let me upload photos.Imagine that.
