I liked the size of space and the warmth generated by the radiators. There was enough clean towels for usage
No plates, bowls or cutlery for eating.

Very centrally located and easy to park and access and excellent price.
Dated but I guess that’s taken into account with the pricing to be fair.

No one to speak with. Calls were not being answered. Waiting out too long. Road to the entrance is very moody. I was afraid of staying there. Infact I went away immediately I entered as I was not comfortable. I booked another hotel. I couldn't sleep there. The room was not dirty but the rest of the environment was strange
That there's no one there. Not much light at the back of the main entrance and very moody. Not friendly environment. A man came around also and I was afraid he could do something to me. I wasn't having at all . I had to leave and look for another hotel.

Parking space Availabllity
Breakfast was OK (continental)
Keep clean.
1/ Location. Very near to, 2 noisy roads. However close to city and Uni accommodation.
2/ Room. OK, needs general tidy up / maintenence. Paint scratches on walls, flaking ceiling paint in bathroom. Shower door not hung probably. Sink needs tidy up around splash back. Bedroom walls very thin (can hear noise from neighbouring rooms, eg snoring)
3/ ironing board had no cover.
Generally a strange building with strange vibe.

The bed was nice, the room I had was spacious and bathroom good. Little kitchenette, but didn't need it. Easy 24hr side entrance (once you have a key)
Arrival. Check in is at 3 pm but arrived at 1pm to drop off the bags. Door was locked, so had to call 3 times to convince them to open the door to drop off the bags. A fair amount of wear and tear, and not spotless. No towels in the room, but given when asked. With the high cost level not really value for money, not sure how this is a 3 star hotel.

Loved the facilities. Bed really comfortable. Wish I could have stayed longer. Nice walk into town. Had tours both days so left early and returned late. Host Ross was kind enough to have breakfast room open for me.
Bit small. Anyone bigger tha me would struggle, (I'm 5ft)

Staying in a church was a nice experience. The service was great and I would stay in this hotel again happily.
Thank you.

The room had a bed. The bathroom had a shower and a toilet. The door locked.
Booked and paid for a standard room. On arrival I was told that the room was not available and I would have to pay £40 more to stay in a "Suite" as this was all that was available. After arguing that my room had been paid for and confirmed by booking.com the staff member insisted that the only room available was a suite and I would have to pay more. I felt that the staff member was trying to manipulate me into parting with more money for something I had already paid for. I refused and was about to leave when he relented and allowed me to stay for the original price. I then waited almost an hour for him to "prepare the room"??? (He'd told me it was available.) As I was waiting, another couple of guests stated that they had also been waiting for their room for a ridiculous amount of time.
Eventually, I was shown to my room and was greeted with a tired looking but clean room. The bed was extremely low but was comfortable to sleep on. Otherwise an unremarkable room.
The time wasted arguing and waiting made me late for a dinner arrangement with friends and completely ruined my evening as I was in such a bad mood.

it was an old church
hard to find. I had to ring up to find it. it was not marked well from the outside & I was not looking for a church.
no breakfast was provided which I had paid for. the leaflet showed a full English breakfast.

Amazing value for money, lovely people and very clean, nice rooms with decent sized bathroom. Very good basic accommodation. It's also in an amazing old church.
The rooms aren't so well sound proofed and the breakfast was pretty megre - but for the money any breakfast felt like a bonus.

Did not have it.
The person who checked me in was very non communicative, sullen and was on and off their mobile phone when trying to check me in. Room was the smallest double room I have ever had.

The breakfast was adequate, maybe add some butter and jam?
The parking area at the back was a little muddy, otherwise I was happy.

Very good, was expecting cooked breakfast.
The location was excellent for me, within minutes of a drive to the places I needed to be.
City centre and excellent parks within a short walk.iI
I can’t think of anything. The set up takes a bit of getting use to.

The location is close to ARI.
The kitchenette in my room had no cutlery, no decent size mugs, no tea towels. Wasn’t equipped for what you’d expect in it.
The bed was really low & the mattress sat in a boxed frame which dug into my legs getting in & out of bed.
There was a few cobwebs about which would freak some people out.

The room was very clean and smelled so nice. Furthermore, the woman at the front desk was lovely.
The set up of the building was a bit strange (I think at least at one point it was like the living quarters for the attached house of worship?), but only in a way that caught me off guard, nothing serious. That’s just a heads up for people. My only tangible complaint is that I wish that there was a chain lock for the door — as a woman I would have felt much more secure in a place that I was having trouble gauging.

Accommodation was perfect for 3*
It was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to the big shops and town.
I have to really sing the praises of Beth. Beth was, a kind, compassionate host who did everything she could to help me and her communication and customer care were exemplary.
The other staff were chatty and pleasant. I have to say, I fell in love with Aberdeen during my stay.
