Das Appartement ist soweit sauber, normal ausgestattet. Man braucht ca. 15 Min in die Innenstadt. Das Haus ist relativ neu. Schlüssel über Schlüsselbox hat gut geklappt.
Der Balkon ist winzig und man sitzt in einer Bananenstaude. Der Baum verdeckt ziemlich alles. Die Betten sind sehr weich man versinkt drin. Auch hatte das Leintuch zum zudecken Verschmutzungen. Es riecht im Hausflur sehr stark nach Öl. Wir finden den Preis für nicht angemessen.

Όμορφο στούντιο, μοντέρνα διακοσμημένο. Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας. 500 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία και τα μαγαζιά. Αν είσαι με αυτοκίνητο βολική τοποθεσία για την είσοδο η έξοδο από την πόλη. Καινούργια πολυκατοικία,ήσυχη περιοχή και με πάρκινγκ.

Ήταν ένα άνετο, φωτεινό διαμέρισμα, καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.
Η τοποθεσία. Ήταν μακριά από το κέντρο της Καλαμάτας και εκεί κοντά δεν είχε τίποτα εκτός από σπίτια. Το wi-fi δεν ήταν καλό. Επίσης ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός.
