Location was excellent

Hidden fees - like a security deposit that was asked after the booking was made (it was waived after I flagged it with Booking.com but it was an unnecessary hassle) and extra security cards for each occupant although it wasn't disclosed in the Booking rules and finance information. We also needed to pay for these cards for each occupant although I said we only need one as we weren't leaving again - also don't get the money back when you return the cards. When one books on Booking.com then I expect the amount I pay to be the full amount payable (unless there is something else that is payable afterwards, but noted on the booking at the time of choosing to reserve) and the admin around this was irritating.

No food was provided but there are many food places with varying offerings in the vicinity.

there was no daily room servicing , but there was an option of asking for one and also the supplies were adequate, towels, soap and toilet rolls.

L’emplacement est idéal, le meilleur possible je pense au Cap. La résidence est top et hyper sécurisante. L’appartement parfait, vue canaux et superbe terrasse. C’est pas donné mais c’est the place to be.
