Property was clean, well furnished and in a great location.
The parking was a little challenging if you had a big car.

Large and roomy place close to shops and restaurants.
Few small maintenance issues like loose bathroom towel rack, stairway handle and dents in walls. Couches in lounge were stained and uncomfortable.

Less than a two kilometre easy walk to Salamanca Market and the Brooke Street Pier (for the MONA ferry). An ideal location vis-à-vis both Sandy Bay and Hobart. Plenty of room in this house for a group of four or more.

Good location, spacious and relatively clean
Poor wifi and You can easily hear footsteps and movement from other parts of the house, particularly from upstairs.
