Wonderful stay
The location was very convenient, and the staff are all very friendly. It is minutes away walking from the First Bahn and other ski shops, which made our trip really convenient. The breakfast even though having limited options, was with good quality food and enough for us. The facilities are modern and cozy, making us feel at home. The view from the room was incredible. We would love to come back again! The hotel was locked during the night with no staff attending, but was accessible from the back door with hotel key.
The sock in the room as a sign of "do not disturb" startled our family a bit due to different cultural backgrounds. It could have been explained during check-in.

The Hotel manager was amazing he gave so much help and advice on planning our daily adventures and helping in every way. The Hotel was incredibly clean and had just amazing views from the bedroom - absolutely stunning views. The staff were all very attentive and friendly.

We loved everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Owner Lars and Matt were there helping us directly. The hotel is new and with beautiful modern interior. We loved it so much that we extended our stay for two nights

Spectacular
I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It is impeccable in its design and cleanliness. The staff are truly spectacular. Knowledgeable friendly and just all around wonderful. A special acknowledgment for Andrew. He made wonderful suggestions for us to work around the rain and weather The rooftop tub and sauna are amazing. We had the tasting dinner there and it was very special. If they do not have a Michelin star yet they deserve one. Amazing! The owners are hands on and wonderful.

Faultless!
Beautiful hotel, great location… slightly out of the centre but this meant it was peaceful yet only 5-10 mins walk to the main square. The room was spacious with great amenities - including robes and slippers which is welcome. Good size balcony with incredible views. The spa is a nice extra. Private parking on site. Super helpful concierge who know the best hikes and could also buy our gondola tickets directly. Amazing restaurant - so glad we managed to get a reservation during our 4 night stay. The tasting menu and wine pairing was excellent. Love that a hotel of this quality allows dogs too. Lars and the team are brilliant. Thank you! Ps Well done to Lars on the Eiger 51! We tracked you on the day. Hope the beer went down well!
