Velice čisté a pěkné, problémy s online checkin a online klíči nám rychle pomohla vyřešit paní na telefonu.
Uvítala bych větší skříň. V lokalitě jsme cítili něco ve vzduchu , vzduch nebyl příjemný k nočnímu větrání.

Big parking. Rooms were nice and quite big. Not bad location, but for a walk on foot to the city center is a 30min walk.
NO reception. Electronic keys that are not working properly. No information about codes for keybox. When you combine that with no answering the phone by hotel you will get situation when You cannot access to the parking and You cannot enter the rooms. We were waiting for 30min to someone to open the gate to parking (system failure) and 20min to get the keys (i was unlucky to have a room that was not electronically secured). Funny but solving this would be sending an keybox code in a separate massage at the day of arrival and placing access cards in it. Unfortunately non of that were made by our arrival.
