The house is very clean and cozy, but a little small, especially as we informed the hotel that we are 2 adults and 2 kids; the room was expected to be bigger.

We booked the the double deluxe room. It's basically a room in the basement. It's great because it's super dark and quiet, ideal to sleep in. I liked the room, old style vibes.
But there is no natural light at all or ventilation and the Aircon is not the greatest although given the room is underground, it doesn't get too hot in there.
Hot water takes 5-7 mins running the tap/shower to warm up and even then its not great.
Great location. There is no free parking. They recommend I parked at the nearby car park but although it's fully secured and controlled by security, it is pricey so there is no car park on site!
It's cheap and good for 1 or 2 nights in the city. But definitely couldn't stay there for more than that.

For a low budget overnight or weekend hotel right in the heart of Antalya, I would say it has good value.
Pros: low cost, good location. Shampoo and conditioner provided. Clean. Breakfast/Lunch menu is very well priced with nice options.
Cons: No parking near hotel, must park at a paid parking lot (500 TL overnight parking & a 6 minute walk away), no employees outside of regular hours (unable to get anything extra for the room if needed), no soap for shower. No facilities other than cafe due to size of hotel.
Other than that, it’s a small hip boutique hotel that is great for a quick budgeted getaway. Even though no one was at the hotel and the doors were locked, a call to the hotel allowed us to get a key code to enter, and the keys were left in our room door.
