    Staff are really nice, got welcome drinks and its located in the center of Ratchaburi

    The check-out service was very disappointing. After collecting the room deposit, the staff seemed completely uninterested in assisting us further. Our luggage was simply left on the cart in the luggage area, and we were expected to push it to the entrance and load everything into the car ourselves. For a hotel of this standard, this level of service is unacceptable. Guests should be taken care of until the very end of their stay, not only until payment is completed.

    วันที่เข้าพักตอนนอนอยู่ได้ยินเสียง alarm ดังตอนตี1กว่าค่ะ แล้วทุกคนในโรงแรมก็รีบลงทางหนีไฟมาชั้นล่างสุดแต่รอมาจนเกือบครึ่งชั่วโมงก็ยังไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ของโรงแรมมาแจ้งว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น แล้วรอจน 1 ชั่วโมง สุดท้ายก็ไม่ได้ข้อสรุปว่าเกิดจากอะไร ระบบบริหารจัดการโรงแรมต้องปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้นะคะเพราะมันคือความปลอดภัยค่ะ ขอบคุณมากค่ะ
