Suuko Villas

Stayed as a couple, really good at room space, amenities, staff, cleanliness, privacy and quiet. beds were neat, washrooms were decent, some hidden quirky cool things that surprised us were the biennale event and a great shower, jacuzzi, pool area. For the price, its a must go!

the area is a bit far from central spots of phuket. But with a vehicle, it can be handled fairly. "My front yard" area next to the villa is amazing for breakfast - Dinner all meals with more variety than amy other 5 star, but I would have preferred something within the villa area.

I rarely return to the same place, but this resort makes me feel at home. The villa is surrounded by nature, large, very clean, and beautiful! The hot tub is amazing! The pool is fabulous and not crowded. The gym is excellent. Thanks to the reception staff and the manager, very kind, smiling, and professional.

The hotel is located in a quiet area and has a feeling like you stay in the jungle. Very quiet. Good massage center inside the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool.

Staff is not helpful at all and not trained how to deal with clients. On the website there is one information about the price of the SPA, but on arrival you get double. Hotel is under renovation, not all the facilities are opened, sauna didn’t work. No restaurant, breakfast is delivered to the room covered in plastic. Safebox in the room was not fixed to the wall so anyone can take it out, we couldn’t keep our money there. We tried to check out earlier and find another place, but the staff told us we have to pay 50 % fine. We were very upset about the attitude.
