If you want the authentic Italian experience, this is it

Hotel Silvestrino was very nice It was a simple room with bathroom but clean and we had a bit of a view of the ocean from our room. But for what we were after it was good. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice. Breakfast was typical of Italian hotel breakfast, simple pastries and yogurt and fruit etc. coffee was good. Easy to get to get beaches with bus if you don’t have a car.

It was more basic if you’re ok with authentic Italian stay this is totally fine.

Excellent budget hotel very much in the old style but with warm and generous staff; the food at the restaurant is first

The staff especially Robyn who bought us a cup of tea when we discovered there was no kettle in the room and also two large bottles of water as we couldn’t drink the tap water. It’s a simple old fashioned hotel but the accommodation is clean, spartan but comfortable; we were lucky to have a view of the sea!

No kettle or bottled water… nor iron! But the staff made up for that with their attentiveness

The staff were exceptional. Always ready to help with a smile. The restaurant food was delicious - we couldn't rosk going anywhere else after our first dinner. We would love to return!

Only stayed one night but a perfect base for longer to explore various beaches and excursions

We were guest at the hotel, and definitely impressed by how lovely and friendly all the staff was! High level of service. The room itself was incredibly spacious, and could definitely recommend for longer stays. The only one tip would be to request a first floor room, as there is no lift and it can be a bit of an annoyance to have to walk up many floors after a long day at the beach 😁 we were very lucky and were reserved one on the first floor!!

Ottimo soggiorno in posizione tranquilla ma strategica

Soggiorno ottimo, location silenziosa e tranquilla ma anche strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle (tra cui La Pelosa) o visitare l’Asinara. Il parcheggio libero in strada non è mai stato un problema. Lo staff cordiale e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, pulizia eccellente. Ottimo anche il ristorante dell’hotel, per servizio e menù. Colazione varia e soddisfacente.

Qualche scalino da fare con le valigie, ma il personale si è offerto di portarcele in camera.
