The apartment was spacious and comfortable, conveniently located near a main train station and the metro. It featured a large kitchen, though it did not have an oven. We appreciated having a washing machine, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. However, the apartment was not very clean, and we both experienced multiple allergies while staying there.

They do not have an on-site reception, so they collect your details through a suspicious WhatsApp number. They provided us with a concerning link to upload our passport and credit card information. I had to ask a local friend to use their phone because this WhatsApp number does not accept calls. When I finally managed to call to verify the legitimacy of the number and link, the woman I spoke with was very rude and offered no assistance. I suggested that they improve their security measures, as the current process seems like a scam. Since they cater to tourists, they should allow WhatsApp calls and be more customer-friendly. Also, reduce the number of messages and emails before check-in and check-out. It's not efficient and very confusing.

Very clean and comfortable. Clear instructions for checkin and checkout, and how to use everything.

It would be nice to have some paper towels for kitchen use.

I love the apartment space, very comfortable for a family of 4, quiet neighborhood, even it was not in a centric location near to downtown.

The sheets had spots and one of the rooms sheets had hairs from other guests, and the odor we had after one single use of the washing machine was terrible. I called the administration and they sent a cleaning lady who said that smell is usual after the washing machine use.
