We loved our stay here! The views are incredible, the rooms are clean, basic but have a simple charm about them and the view makes up for it. The staff are really friendly, Peter in particular was very welcoming at breakfast service, and gave us some great recommendations. You can access walking routes and the cable car directly from the hotel plus the pool was a great chance to relax after a long hike!
There was no shower head connector in our room (room 6)

The breakfast room with its view of the mountains, the friendly and very helpful staff (reception, cleaning and wait staff), my view of the mountains from my room, the small relaxation nooks, the fact that my room was cosy and warm, and the location of the hotel itself ie close to the lifts and ski rental (although for various reasons I didn’t ski on this trip).
The limited menu of your restaurant which otherwise would probably have been okay except for the fact that I felt the food was overpriced for what it was. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant exception.

Location is amazing for accessing the slopes. The rooms were basic, but clean and comfortable

Lack of shower - there was a hose attachment to the bath taps, but no hook to enable you to stand and shower
No bin and no hooks to hang jackets on etc
