If you like small hotels with a special atmosphere, this is certainly the place to be in the nice village of Sálakos. It is a more than hundred year old charming villa. The owners are very friendly and helpful; a tasty breakfast is served on the terrace which offers nice views on the mountains.

Un vieil hôtel plein de caractère au cœur d'un petit village, tenu par une dame adorable qui nous a préparé un petit déjeuner maison en terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle. Idéal comme point de départ pour des randonnées. La chambre manque un peu de propreté et de confort, mais le charme opère et on a étonnamment très bien dormi. Une adresse attachante, loin des hôtels impersonnels !

The breakfast was good (not for vegans though) The location is good, but the town isn't that huge, so any hotel will be good :)
Unfortunately, they have a terrible bed, the mattress was too old. No shampoo or soap You can cook in the kitchen, but there isn't any oil, so one should buy a bottle even for one time cooking.
