    I was a bit sceptical after reading older reviews about this spa hotel but had no issues at all. Rooms are clean, facilities are as good as you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast and dinner is included in the price but they also have tea / coffee / water available throughout the day for free in one of their salons. They also do a cafe bar between 3pm - 4:30pm (free) and it is as good as having a late lunch as the choices are endless with sweet & savoury goodies buffet style. Alcoholic drinks are extra as well as bottled water (through the day) but the prices are reasonable, considering this is a 5 star hotel. All in all we had a lovely stay here. I only wish I had booked it for longer. Maybe next time 😉👍👌

    Amazing, helpful staff. We enjoyed how accommodating everybody was. Location is excellent, with thermal water arriving on site from the source and it is very close to Pamukkale and Hierapolis. Spa and thermal facilities are extensive and massage therapy was very good, better than most I have gotten in Turkey. Two main opportunities for the hotel the get even better: 1. Although clean, the facility feels dated especially in common areas. 2. Food variety is great but the freshness and care can be improved. Everything considered great value for the price and amenities.

    The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was clean. The large swimming pool and thermal pools were excellent and could have made this a great stay. Unfortunately, the strong smell of tobacco and cooking throughout the hotel was absolutely disgusting and completely ruined our experience. The smell was everywhere, and it even affected the taste of the food — everything seemed to taste like plastic. After just one night, we felt physically sick from the smell and could no longer eat at the hotel. We had to go to a small local restaurant every day instead. It is a real shame because the hotel has good facilities, but the unbearable smell of tobacco and food made our stay very unpleasant. We would not return unless this serious issue is addressed.
