At the first floor you find three sleeping rooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, Sat TV , AC and big balcony. The other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be connected to a double bed, Sat TV, AC and balcony. They use a shared bathroom with shower or bath tub. Family Friendly.

A fabulous villa in a lovely setting, seamless check-in and check out, and Stephani the host was so helpful giving advice on restaurants, the local area and even printing our borading passes for us.

A great, clean villa for the whole family, with lovely views out to sea. Stefani was always available and responded to a few queries very promptly.
The villa is perhaps not as well appointed as you might expect for the cost, and we were disappointed to learn that the jacuzzi in the pool hasn’t worked for 2 years, but all in all a wonderful place to stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Koutouloufari, the house was lovely, the pool, the views, just perfect. The house is just a short walk from the village and there are so many places to eat you dont need to go anywhere else! Enough variety to keep young children happy and adults satisfied. Pithari lamb at Pithari restaurant was my personal favourite. Stefani was so helpful in advising and giving recommendations. The house was very well maintained and clean, if anything needed attention it was dealt with promptly. We had a fabulous, relaxing week. We would highly recommend a stay here.
